AutoSource Foray into New Jersey Enhanced By Signing of Agency Agreement With ABC Consulting + Assoc. Inc.

Toms River, NJ -- AutoSource of America, LLC is pleased to announce the signing of a Master General Agency agreement with Springfield based ABC Consulting + Assoc. Inc. Shannon Levinsohn, a spokeswoman for AutoSource confirmed the rumored agreement between the two companies. She went on to state that ABC Consulting, with its presence throughout the state, will immediately enhance AutoSource's ability to penetrate the dealer sold auto warranty market. An unnamed spokesman for ABC Consulting advised that the AutoSource warranty reflects a superior risk profile at a time when automobile dealers should consider risk the preeminent factor in choosing a third party warranty.

AutoSource is the first national warranty to be supported by a bank Letter of Credit. All AutoSource warranties are sold exclusively through Preferred Dealerships.

AutoSource Hires Veteran F+ I Professional to Head It's National Sales Team

Toms River, NJ --AutoSource of America, LLC is pleased to announce that effective December 15th Thomas W. Hummel will join the company to head up its national sales team. Mr. Hummel is a veteran F + I professional having spent over 10 years working for JM + A several large dealership groups in Northern New Jersey. Shannon Levinsohn, a spokeswoman for AutoSource, confirmed the hiring and went on to say that, "AutoSource is thrilled that someone with Tom's experience will be taking on such an important position at this critical juncture for our company." Mr. Hummel added "AutoSource provides me with an excellent opportunity to capitalize on my industry experience and the contacts I have developed over the years."
